The manufacture of stakebed and curtainsider bodies completes the vast range of products Carrozzeria Pastore offers its customers. All carpentry work is carried out in the factory as is the assembly of larch or marine multilayer flatbed, painting, overall assembly and final testing. Special attention is paid to the requirements of end-users, as every product manufactured is individually designed and customised.
Construction details
The aesthetic appeal of our products is also important and the company takes great care to make products that are not just sturdy but also pleasing to the eye. A series of light alloy tail lifts was specifically designed and then manufactured with smooth modern lines, which completely hide the bottom hinges.
The edges of the roofs on our curtainsider bodies are made using aluminium alloy profiles and, on request, we can also offer flatbeds, uprights and curtainsider structures in stainless steel.
Painting cycles
All structural parts undergo an automated turbine shot-blasting process before they are painted. Since the start of 2007, we have been using cycles of water-based paint and dual component products of the very highest quality, which fully comply with the latest anti-pollution standards.
